Beautiful Blogger Award

Marie W @ My Expected End nominated me for the Beautiful Blogger Award.  Thanks Marie (I have to admit I cried just a tear or two from what you said)  :-)

Simple rules, as these things go. Post seven things about myself, and pass the award along to seven beautiful bloggers.

Seven Things About Myself HMMMM:

1) I spend most of my spare time reading, if I dont answer my phone it is probably because I dont want to put my book down.  But I have to admit that it's mainly trashy novels lol.  Romance, Mystery, Suspense, etc....I have 4 bookcases stuffed with books (and I just donated over 200 so that tells you how many books I have)  Most of them I have read more than once.

2) I was raised by my grandparents, and while it took me a while to not feel abandoned by my parents I now know that it was the best thing that could have ever happened to me.

3) I used to want to be a pediatrician, but I "fell" in love in high school and didnt go away to the school i was accepted to and had a scholarship to because i was getting married (I thank GOD every day that I wised up and didnt get married so young)

4) I have discovered in the last couple of months that I am a lot stronger than I ever gave myself credit for and am able to survive the worst thing that could happen to a parent

5) I have an aversion to raw meat --ick, I can't touch it, it makes me want to vomit (C has to fix all the meat) and I cant even look at anything that still has the bone in it.  Just thinking about it gives me the heebies

6) I am obsessed with Twilight, etc etc all things vampire and supernatural, I admit it - I am a 12 year old girl

7) I have absolutely nothing in common with my husband, but I love him with all my heart and he is my hero.

Seven people I nominate for this award.

1) Jill @ Footprints On Our Hearts - She's awesome and caring

2) Margaret @ She's Come Undone - she was the first person to comment on my blog and her comments are always so just right.  they always touch my heart

3) Jennifer @ The Blue Sparrow - she is so strong and able to express her faith in God in ways that I wish I was able to.

4) JenJen @ A Surprise Rainbow & Lily's Mom Forever - she gives me hope that i too can find my rainbow

5) Michele @ My Life After Loss - is just awesome and has 2 of the  most precious babies :-)

6) Lea @ Nicholas' Touch & Angel Wings Boutique - who just had her rainbow madison, yay baby!  and touches so many of us BLM by making her angel wings and acknowleding out children.

7) Alicia (YaYa) @ YaYa Stuff & Tears For My Baby - her obsession with all things orange makes me smile, and what she does @ tears for my baby with her care packages is awesome

There are soo many more of you that I could go on and on and on and on and ..........

We seem to have a lot in common. I love love love love to read! I will stay up into the wee hours of the morning because the book is soo good (mine are also trashy novels!) My grandparents helped to raise us a few years after my mom passed as my dad had to work out of town often.
I too have an aversion to raw meat - only if they are red though.
I followed your suggestion and read twilight - I read all 4 books in a week - they were awesome - I am totally team Edward! Thanks for introducing me to the series.
I loved reading about you! :-)
